This farmhouse on Mallorca offers plenty of space for wonderful long-term holidays under the Mediterranean sky. At first glance, it appears rather inconspicuous, but on closer inspection it offers a wide range of possibilities for a great holiday. The grounds, consisting of many old trees, rustic natural stones, small paths and various niches, offer plenty of potential for outdoor enjoyment. The elevated pool, a former water reservoir, ensures that you can cool off at any time on warm days. The tables for your favourite drink are already waiting here! On the covered terrace next to the house or in the courtyard-like open space, tables and chairs are available for shared meals or simply a café con leche in between. There are various games for fun, games and action: Table tennis table, darts, football goals and basketball hoop. The friendly owners live next door and are happy to answer any questions.

The interior design of this holiday home on Mallorca is rustic. Classic furniture, round arches and typical Mallorcan details such as the individual fabrics or tiles create the absolutely authentic ambience of country life on the island. From the terrace you enter the living and dining room, which offers the best conditions for relaxed indoor evenings with its sofa, dining table, TV and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open-plan. Three specially furnished bedrooms, one double and two singles, complete the space of this cottage for four people. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, one of which is en suite. As access to this farmhouse is via a dirt track, we recommend an off-road hire car. We recommend this holiday home to anyone who wants to enjoy peace and privacy while being surrounded by authentic charm.

Finca Cas Conill, a rustic farmhouse for four people, is located in an absolutely peaceful area about 7 km south-east of Llucmajor. Beautiful beaches such as Playa de San Antoni or Es Trenc in the south can be reached in 25 to 30 minutes by car. The island metropolis of Palma de Mallorca is approx. 32 km away and has plenty to offer culture and shopping fans. Perhaps you would also like to put on your hiking boots and explore the beautiful surroundings of the farmhouse on foot?
