Es Cocons is incredibly beautiful: the main house and guest house are surrounded by pine trees; tall palm trees surround the pool. Lawns, oleander bushes and potted plants transform the property into a green oasis.
There are no unwelcome onlookers here. Various terraces with shady and sunny spots by the house and pool are perfect for spending as much time outside as possible. The rustic outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and pizza oven makes it easy for you to organise your days as informally as possible.

The interior of the typical Mallorcan main house is bright and cheerful with blue and white patterned fabrics and clay pots in the living and dining areas. The decoration may seem a little too much for some, but when do you have the opportunity to live in a completely different place to the one you are used to at home? Staggered levels, the modern gallery staircase with open gallery, high upholstered benches and the perfectly equipped kitchen with bar create clear lines and organisation. There are characterful bedrooms with a double bed or single beds on both floors, one with an en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom on the ground floor, two double rooms and a cosy single room with a third bathroom on the upper floor. Extremely pleasant: two bathrooms have a separate anteroom with washbasin. The simple yet cosy guest house with terrace by the pool has the same layout, kitchen-living room downstairs, open gallery with double bed and bathroom with shower upstairs.

If you don't know the centre of the island, you haven't yet experienced Mallorca in all its beauty and authenticity. The medieval town of Sineu with its popular weekly market, where live cattle are still sold, and neighbouring towns such as Sencelles and Costitx are known for good Mallorcan food, old windmills, friendly people and witnesses to the island's rich history. The Observatorio Astronómico, the planetarium, also invites you to gaze at the stars. The sea and beaches are not right on the doorstep, but are easily accessible. There is a lot to discover on the way to the coast; make a stopover in Inca or go to a traditional wine cellar restaurant such as the Celler Can Amer in Carrer de la Pau and try the regional specialities. On a hill in the heart of the island, about 1 km from the centre of the medieval town of Sineu (on the Ma-3232, which can also be heard as far as the villa), lies the old, beautifully restored villa Es Cocons. situated in a pine forest: best southern exposure and magnificent views of the hilly landscape included. The extremely interesting cultural town with one of the most beautiful weekly markets is still an insider tip among holidaymakers. The old leather and wine town of Inca is recommended for shopping trips; the nearest beaches are only 25 km away.
