The charismatic Villa Son Roura is a very idyllic, large natural stone building that envelops its visitors in authentic charm. Getting there is easy, as the attractive holiday residence is in a rural yet central location and is well connected to the transport network. Vehicles can be parked in the shade on the private property. A first glance at the landscaped garden with its many green trees and Mediterranean plants is sure to impress you. It quickly becomes clear that you can enjoy a wonderful time-out here. The centrepiece of the complex is the large pool terrace, which offers all holidaymakers plenty of space to relax and sunbathe under the blue Mediterranean sky. If it gets too hot, there are plenty of lovely retreats with natural shade or you can simply jump into the chic pool! The mosaic-tiled pool varies in depth between 1 and 2 metres and is also easily accessible via a staircase. The cool water provides invigorating refreshment and you can relax on one of the eight sun loungers. The fantastic views that this property offers are particularly pleasant for the soul: the mountain ranges of the Tramuntana mountains. This feast for the eyes can also be admired from the villa's pretty, covered outdoor terrace. In addition to the attractive lounge furniture, there is also a large dining table for relaxing and an extra fridge. This means cold drinks can be served quickly and you can relax to your heart's content. The barbecue master among you will be delighted with the huge stone barbecue next to the L-shaped terrace, while the children travelling with you can play table tennis or basketball.

Inside the villa, you are greeted by a very comfortable living/dining area, which has been designed and decorated with great attention to detail and is largely furnished with traditional Mallorcan furniture. The fireplace radiates warmth and cosiness and small elements such as the colourful semi-circular glass window give the room a special charm. Comfortable sofas invite you to relax or read a good book. A flat-screen TV and DVD player also provide entertainment. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen, which is beautifully bright thanks to two windows and is very inviting with its vaulted ceiling and subtle play of colours. A beautifully designed staircase made of dark wood leads up to a light-flooded gallery, behind which the other rooms on the first floor are located. The three bedrooms in the main house are very comfortably furnished and offer plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. In the bathrooms, some of the original tiles and nostalgic accessories have been retained and combined with modern elements, so you don't have to do without amenities such as a rain shower and bathtub. One of the bathrooms is located on the ground floor and can be used as a guest WC as it is located separately. The second bathroom is located on the upper floor and is accessible from the bedroom. You can safely leave bulky items such as hairdryers or irons at home, as there are plenty of them in the holiday home. At Villa Son Roura, you can relax in a typical Mallorcan ambience and enjoy your holiday on the island to the full.

Your natural stone villa is an excellent starting point for exploring Mallorca from different directions. The vibrant town of Inca and the tranquil mountain village of Mancor de la Vall are just 5 minutes away by car. Son Roura is located close to an easily audible country road, between these two villages, which promise plenty of variety due to their different characters. From Mancor de la Vall, on the edge of the Tramuntana mountains, you have access to beautiful hiking trails and Inca attracts many visitors on Thursdays with its large market. The lively capital Palma and the airport are also only 30 minutes away. The sandy beaches of the north-east coastal region are also within easy reach thanks to the good infrastructure. A swimming trip to the beautiful bay of Alcúdia should definitely be part of your holiday programme! This pretty natural stone villa is situated in a rural location on a secluded plot. Mallorca's third largest town, Inca, is only 3 km away and offers numerous opportunities for everyday shopping, as well as a fine selection of restaurants and bars and a very attractive pedestrian zone that invites you to stroll and shop. Just 5 minutes away by car is the hidden mountain village of Mancor de la Vall, which is very quiet and tranquil. The beautiful sandy beaches of the north-east coast, such as the bay of Alcúdia, are around 30 km away.
