Spacious property on an idyllic estate is how you could describe the wonderfully well-kept Villa Can Estiu. It is located in the most beautiful seclusion in a quiet, green landscape in the south of the island, far away from the towns and therefore absolutely privileged. The property is surrounded by fields and small woods. The property itself has a pleasant exterior design with natural stone surfaces and a lush garden. The rimless pool, lined with blue mosaic tiles, enjoys a prime location directly in front of the house's covered terrace. There is plenty of space for the comfortable pool loungers and the woven bast parasol on a lush lawn. Whether you're sunbathing or relaxing in the cool shade, you can relearn how to laze around here. Doing nothing in such beautiful surroundings recharges the spirit, just like reading a good book. The veranda by the house offers enough space for a cosy dining area, a comfortable sofa with lounge character and a cosy seating area with wicker furniture. The red and white chequered tablecloth matches this modern-looking villa and gives it an endearing touch of nostalgic Mallorca both inside and out. It is often these small details that contribute to a sense of well-being. The large sun terrace on the upper floor, from which the view over the coastal landscape is even more impressive, also contributes to the soothing effect of this well-kept property.

The bright villa, which is lit by numerous windows, is not just a retreat for sleeping. Light-coloured terracotta floor tiles, dark wooden doors, white walls with soft stucco mouldings and recessed ceiling lights give the house a very pleasantly timeless atmosphere. The open, slightly meandering living, dining and kitchen area has the same effect. Next to the kitchen is a cosy fireplace with a bright sofa area. The stone-tiled counter visually separates it from the rest of the room. Thanks to the comprehensive equipment, your self-catering holiday will never be a burden. The openness of this area and a further seating area behind the dining table naturally make this a great place for communication, whether you are travelling with several families or numerous friends. Especially if you are travelling with couples, a group of singles or two families, a house like Can Estiu, which has air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower in all bedrooms, is of course particularly comfortable. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has direct access to the sun terrace. Despite the trendy white style and discreet decorative elements, you will feel right at home in this casual country house. Perhaps also because the rooms are filled with the charm of the south of Mallorca.

Felanitx, Santanyí, Campos and Colònia de Sant Jordi, all known as endearing towns, are well worth a visit and have made a name for themselves with their authentic, rural character. Away from mass tourism, you can stroll through small alleyways and enjoy the colourful hustle and bustle of the weekly markets that take place on various days. The San Salvador monastery, the salt fields around Ses Salines and long sandy beaches with Caribbean flair are the unmistakable landmarks of this beautiful region. It is precisely in this region, just 6 kilometres from Campos, that you will find the highly recommended Villa Can Estiu. With its modern style and comfortable, homely furnishings, it blends in perfectly with the surroundings so that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in every respect! The modern Villa Sa Pedrera den Miquel is prominently located in the charming south of the island between the pretty town of Ses Salines and the cosy town of Campos. Shopping can be done in the town 10 minutes away, where there are market days on Thursdays and Saturdays. Thanks to the quiet location inland, you can reach true bathing paradises such as the natural beach of Es Trenc or the white sandy bay of Sa Ràpita, which belongs to the municipal area of the harbour town of Colònia de Sant Jordi.
