The tastefully modernised quarry stone villa Ses Eres Den Petaca is a small, lovingly renovated holiday home with a wonderfully inviting garden in the north-eastern part of the island near Artà. The graceful quarry stone house with its rust-brown shutters nestles in the beautiful garden landscape that separates the house from its surroundings. A private pool with outdoor shower and surrounding natural stone terrace has been carefully integrated into the thoughtfully designed garden. You can relax here either on an ergonomically shaped sun lounger, in the shade of a parasol if required, or you can enjoy the shade under the covered seating area in front of the quarry stone wall, where it is also particularly cosy to sit in the evenings. Adjacent to the house and in keeping with the style, you will find the smoothed terrace with bamboo roof. Here you will also find the barbecue, which offers a phenomenal outdoor dining area at the round dining table with its many chairs, which can be used for a cosy BBQ at lunchtime or in the evening.

The layout of the trendy villa is impressive due to its compactness and cool interior design, which the owner has preserved and skilfully and subtly details to highlight the antique flair of this villa while offering modern luxury that our holidaymakers greatly appreciate. The result is a very coherent sense of well-being that has a harmonious effect on our guests. The ground floor is characterised by spacious, open-plan living spaces. Here you will find a living area with a modern LCD TV, which is conveniently placed in front of the fireplace together with the antique wooden dining table and comfortable brown leather armchairs. The modern kitchen opens up completely to the dining area. The large combined fridge-freezer has been cleverly integrated into an alcove and therefore does not detract from the antique details such as the old hand-painted orange-brown patterned Mallorcan wall tiles and the wooden shutters. The honey-coloured wooden fronts of the fitted kitchen match the colour of the wall tiles perfectly. The white walls and light-coloured floors in all living areas complement the visible dark-painted wooden beams, creating a very atmospheric communal area.

A beautiful sense of space characterises the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is more like a studio, with a very elegant, enclosed shower room and an adjoining living area with a red sofa bed. It can be used as a separate apartment (without kitchen). In the second double bedroom there is another single bed, which is particularly practical for a small child who is still sleeping with their parents. The third bedroom also has a comfortable French-style bed and plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share an elegant bathroom with a natural stone washbasin and a walk-in rain shower. The white lacquered country house doors with lime effect round off the harmonious picture of a perfectly designed villa.

The pretty Villa Ses Eres Den Petaca is located close to a small country road that leads to the road between Artà and Manacor, so you can easily reach various pretty towns and even the beaches of the north and east coasts. Artà is a Mallorcan village of 7,000 inhabitants in the north-east of the island, which has retained its authenticity and stands out from the interchangeable tourist centres on the coast. It has a medieval town centre that is well worth seeing and offers a wide variety of culinary delights. On Tuesdays, it is worth visiting the weekly market in Plaça de Conqueridor, where a colourful, cheerful and spontaneous hustle and bustle awaits you. Numerous beaches (including some natural beaches) are just a 12-minute drive from the villa. This region is particularly popular with cyclists due to its varied terrain with flatlands, hills and high mountain ranges. Visit the stalactite caves near Artà, the Coves del Dracs.
