Nestled amongst traditional buildings, this property allows you to immerse yourself in the rich history of the medieval town. Enjoy the Mallorcan sun on one of the two roof terraces or relax in the covered patio with direct access to the kitchen.

The interior is characterised by a harmonious blend of rustic and modern design and features a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen and three tastefully furnished bedrooms. The townhouse is located directly on a tarmac road, where you can also park. This house promises comfort and style in every corner.

The modern townhouse Casa Bella Mirada is located in the beautiful east of the island, right in the lovely town of Artà. Shopping facilities, cafés and good restaurants are therefore within easy walking distance. The beautiful surroundings offer lush Mediterranean vegetation as well as marvellous hiking routes and popular golf courses. If you are looking for something a little more lively, then Cala Ratjada, around 10 kilometres away, is the place for you. There you can spend a relaxing day at the beach in one of the most beautiful bays on the east coast.
