Fancy a holiday? We have what you are looking for - just take a look at the very well-maintained Villa Tomymar Son Moll. The chic new-build house is centrally located in a small development and also offers plenty of privacy with pine groves and a discreet wooden privacy screen bordering the pool area. Jump into the pool in the morning after waking up and enjoy an aromatic cup of coffee. That's a real holiday feeling! Of course, you can also take a refreshing dip for lunch and then settle down on the comfortable polyrattan loungers on the wooden sun terrace to unwind or finish off with a good book. The terrace landscape continues seamlessly on the shady side of the house. Here you will find a cosy dining area that is perfect for any meal. As the property is somewhat hilly, we would also like to emphasise the second, sun-drenched seating area, which can be reached via the stairs by the pool. It is located on the entrance level and is a good alternative for travelling companions who don't feel like sleeping after a sociable barbecue and would like to end the evening in the pleasant Mediterranean warmth. A third highlight is the roof terrace on the upper floor of the house - find your favourite spot or try them all! Everything is equally beautiful here!

As modern as the inviting villa with its dark brown shutters may appear from the outside, the interior also reflects the typical Mallorcan tradition with a particularly exciting flair. The rooms are wonderfully bright, especially the large living and dining room. The separate cocina in white and grey country house style offers all the amenities you need for your self-catering holiday with two families and/or a group of friends. The terracotta tiles create a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, which is continued in the bedrooms and foyer with some tasteful decorative elements. A wide staircase with turned wooden balustrades leads you to the upper floor and three further bedrooms (the other is on the ground floor). All bedrooms are furnished with two single beds or a double bed in different but equally appealing designs. The pleasantly spacious rooms offer plenty of storage space, even if you want to add a few Mallorcan pieces to your holiday wardrobe while shopping. With two shower rooms and a private bathroom with a spacious corner bath, there are no queues even with eight people.

The well-kept Villa Tomymar Son Moll is located on the outskirts of Cala Ratjada in secluded and green surroundings. The town with its excellent infrastructure is within walking distance for easy shopping. Numerous restaurants and cosy bars line the beach promenade. Holidaymakers who like to spend their days by the sea will be delighted by family-friendly bays such as Cala Moll, which is just a stone's throw away.
