Villa Es Clape de Sa Galera is simply stunning. The exterior of the luxurious property is a real feast for the eyes. Built in typical Mallorcan style, the villa is set on a large plot with a beautifully landscaped garden. Cosy lounge furniture on the terrace invites you to linger. Large parts of the terrace are covered, the rest of the terrace is equipped with parasols. Another terrace, which is accessible from one of the bedrooms, is open and invites you to relax and sunbathe. The comfortable loungers are already there! From the terraces, you can enjoy the view over the magnificent property with its large infinity pool and the surrounding landscape. Savour exquisite delicacies at the long wooden table on the terrace, which you can prepare in advance on the exclusive barbecue. And be sure to switch on the beautiful globe lights in the evening, which are spread throughout the property. They create a very special atmosphere. The pool stretches over a length of 15 metres and is perfect for swimming a few laps or relaxing at the edge of the pool on one of the first-class sun loungers.

Bright, cheerful, modern and exclusive are the perfect words to describe the interior of this villa. The cosy living room on the ground floor invites you to relax and everyone is sure to find their favourite spot in one of the armchairs in the fireplace room. It is directly connected to the living room and can be separated by a curtain. The fireplace room leads to the dining area with open-plan kitchen. All guests can sit together on the comfortable chairs at the large table and enjoy a meal together. The white kitchen is in keeping with the rest of the villa and is of excellent quality and equipped with all amenities. You will find everything you need here. Including a large dishwasher and smart cooker integrated into a cooking station. On the ground floor, guests have two double bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (also suitable for the disabled), and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with large showers. The high-quality flair of the villa continues on the upper floor. There are four further spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub. Some of the bedrooms have a small entrance area or a nice writing corner and all have access to the balconies of the house, which are equipped with cosy garden furniture.

The nearby town of Portocolom is a truly picturesque fishing village on a wide bay. There is a marvellous promenade with many nice restaurants and bars. In front of the picturesque harbour, several traditional fishing boats bob side by side with modern yachts. You can reach the village by car in approx. 4 km via the road near the villa, which can be heard from the property in certain wind conditions. Your holiday home Es Clape de Sa Galera also offers a delightful starting point for walks or hikes. The beautiful landscape will certainly offer plenty of peace and relaxation. And if you prefer the sea, you can reach the small beach of Cala Marçal in just 6 km by car; the bay of Sa Pobla is only 10 km away. If you are looking for a quiet beach, the bay of Cala Ratjada, which is only around 30 metres wide, is also about 10 km from the villa. However, you cannot park your car there. The beach is only accessible on foot, which is why it is so quiet there. The stately villa Es Clape de Sa Galera is situated in a rural location in the east of Mallorca. The small fishing village of Portocolom, where the nearest supermarket is located, is around 4 km away. There are numerous good restaurants, bars and a beautiful promenade. The nearest beaches are also only a few kilometres away. For example, you only have to drive about 12 minutes to reach the beach of Cala Marçal.
