An absolute feel-good farmhouse on Mallorca is this chic property, which offers plenty of space and an extremely well-kept ambience in front of the Tores Muros. You live here in a very rural setting and enjoy a marvellous view of the nearby Tramuntana mountains. On no less than 17,200 m² you can simply spread out wonderfully and enjoy the many inviting places that the stylishly designed area has to offer. Whether covered, naturally shaded or open, whether on the lawn, gravel or terrace, on a lounger or a chair, everyone is guaranteed to find their top relaxation spot here! The 12 metre long pool, which not only has easy access via steps, but also an outdoor shower and diving board, is a real attraction. The table tennis table adds to the fun factor of this farmhouse. In the evening, you might fancy a barbecue, which you can celebrate together on the covered terrace right next to the house.

Generosity is also the order of the day on the ground floor of the finca and effectively complements the cosy furnishings. Harmonious colours, lots of wood and skilfully selected lighting and decoration set clear standards in terms of aesthetics. The large living/dining room is particularly inviting with various places to relax as well as a dining table and direct access to the terrace. The huge flat-screen TV is also installed here. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, is semi-open and, with its large cooking island, is ideal for preparing meals. There is also direct access to the outside from here. In the other part of the building are the five comfortably furnished double bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. The other bedrooms share two further bathrooms, so that sufficient privacy is guaranteed even with full occupancy. This charming farmhouse in Mallorca scores points not only for its proximity to the sea, but also for its proximity to the sea, as it is only around 15 minutes by car from Playa de Muro and just ten from Can Picafort. It is also not far from Sa Pobla with its good shopping facilities. Due to its location close to several roads, which can also be audible depending on the wind, the transport links here are particularly good. The lush and very well-kept property also makes longer stays on the farm very attractive.
