To get straight to the point: Situated on a gently sloping hill surrounded by nature, Vista de Atalaya offers probably the best view of Port de Pollença. Perfect location, perfect facilities, perfect opportunities to relax and unwind - who can say no to that? The pool sets the tone in the outdoor area. Not only because it looks so cool and inviting, but above all because of the magnificent panorama it offers, with views as far as the marina, the rock-lined coastline and the blue sea beyond. Comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower provide everything you need for a pleasurable swim under the warm Mallorcan sun. Then there is the spacious covered terrace with lounge furniture and dining table for delicious al fresco meals - perhaps some fresh fish from the barbecue? Another ideal feature is that the BBQ area is right next to the pool. A high wall protects you from unwanted views from the street, allowing you to relax in 100% privacy and the deep relaxation you have needed for so long will come naturally. The drive to the villa is easy - a tarmac path leads you directly to the house, where you will find several shaded parking spaces. At a generous 364 m², this two-storey Mediterranean-style villa offers plenty of space for everyone on the trip. There are even two living rooms on the upper floor: a smaller one with a fireplace, rustic wooden elements, a harmonious colour palette and a comfortable sofa. There is also a flat-screen TV for exciting film evenings and a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel at home. This room leads directly into the second, brightly lit living room with an additional sofa set and a huge panoramic window. And for all football junkies, there is a foosball table for exuberant games in good company. In the modern, fully equipped kitchen area with cooking island and bar stools, an evening of cooking together becomes a delicious culinary experience and you can also enjoy an incomparably beautiful view of the lightly wooded surrounding mountains while washing up. Not to mention the marvellous view that you can enjoy from the chic dining room right next to the kitchen. Vista de Atalaya also has another kitchen on the ground floor, four exclusive double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite), all tastefully decorated with high-quality furniture and decorations. The villa's location close to the coast makes it the perfect place for guests to enjoy everything the island has to offer. The authentic north of Mallorca attracts visitors with unspoilt nature and small, beautiful towns that invite you to take a leisurely stroll. Port de Pollença, with its marina and beautiful promenade, is just over 45 minutes' walk away, and the enchanting sandy beach that bears its name is only 3 km away for those in your group who can't get enough sun. Vista de Atalaya is close to the Ma-2200 motorway, which connects Port de Pollença with Pollença. This means that, depending on the wind and weather, you can hear the motorway in the distance, but also that the possibilities for excursions and explorations are all the more varied. And if you're longing for some peace and quiet after a long walk or an eventful day out, just look out from the terrace and let your gaze wander over the countryside to the sea. And yes, because we love to repeat ourselves, the view here is simply unrivalled. Villa Vista de Atalaya is located between Pollença and Port de Pollença, in the beautiful north of Mallorca. The pretty town of Port de Pollença, with its popular marina and the white beach of the same name, is only about 10 minutes away by car; active holidaymakers can also easily get there on foot. Other attractive excursion destinations such as Can Cap de Bou and Cala Clara are only 7 km away and those looking for more action are sure to find it in the popular seaside resort of Alcúdia.
