Villa Sa Caseta den Tronca will delight you with its beautifully landscaped outdoor area. Everything is beautifully planted, every centimetre is green and blooming. Even from the outside, the villa gives a rustic and authentic impression. The water points are partly decorated with colourful mosaics and are interspersed with natural stone throughout. In front of the house there is a covered terrace and a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious delicacies. Another highlight of the outdoor area is the marvellous pool. A dip in the cool water is a sure-fire refreshment on hot summer days. There are also numerous options in and around the villa when it comes to finding a place to relax. You can recline on the deckchairs, relax in the chill-out lounge or leave your worries behind in the hammock. If you prefer the shade, there is also a small covered terrace with a seating area by the pool. And with its own playground with a swing and slide, the needs of the little ones travelling with you are also well catered for.

The interior of Villa Sa Caseta den Tronca is furnished in a very rustic style. In the living room there is a cosy leather sofa and an old wood-burning stove which, in combination with the built-in heating, provides cosy warmth and a pleasant atmosphere in the winter months. The furnishings in this room are also predominantly traditional. A door leads from the living room into the kitchen, which has an open natural stone wall and a small dining table. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The exposed wooden beam ceilings and classic furnishings provide plenty of Mallorcan flair. On the upper floor there are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with an exposed natural stone wall, a double washbasin and a bathtub. From here you can also access the balcony of the house. There you will find a seating area from which you can let your gaze wander over the treetops and enjoy the surroundings of your holiday home to the full.

This villa is located in the centre of the island, near Sant Joan. If you stroll through the streets of the town, you will discover even more of authentic Mallorca. The location of the villa is ideal for excursions in all directions. Your hire car will take you to the beautiful beaches, which can be reached via the easily audible road right by the house. These beaches, such as the long sandy beach of Can Picafort in the bay of Alcúdia, are around 30 kilometres from the property. Palma, the capital of Mallorca, is around 37 km away. There you will discover lots of interesting sights, great restaurants and varied paths and walks. The municipality of Sineu is around 6 km away. Every Wednesday is market day there. It is said to be the most beautiful farmers' market in the whole of Mallorca. Typical Mallorcan delicacies and clothing, leather goods and stunning holiday souvenirs can be purchased at the market. Believe us: you simply cannot miss out on a trip there. The authentic Villa Sa Caseta den Tronca is located in the centre of the island, close to the municipality of Sant Joan. The outdoor area around the holiday home is truly idyllic. There is a supermarket approx. 3.2 km away, where you can do your daily shopping. In addition, there are a number of lovely restaurants in the town of Sant Joan and in Sineu, around 6 km away, the most beautiful farmers' market in Mallorca takes place every Wednesday.
