An absolutely wonderful little outdoor oasis awaits those who want to spend their holiday in this Mallorca townhouse. Situated in the centre of the village, you can still enjoy privacy here, which even has its own small pool. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. In the 5 metre long pool with comfortable steps, you will find pleasant refreshment on warm days. Afterwards, you can indulge in idleness on comfortable loungers and relax either in the sun or in the shade. Right next to the rustic olive tree is the dining area, where you can enjoy your meals in a convivial atmosphere. A barbecue is also available for evening barbecues. Aesthetic floors, light-coloured walls, high windows and exposed beamed ceilings provide the setting for the tasteful interior of this holiday home on Mallorca. Lots of wood in the form of partly antique furniture is harmoniously combined with carefully selected decoration. The cosy living room with TV is also a great place to relax indoors. There are several dining areas, one of which is located in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. There is even a small desk. The three cosy and individually furnished double bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep. Two of them are located on the ground floor, the third on the upper floor, where there is also a further retreat zone in the form of a sofa in the hallway. Three bathrooms, one of which is en suite, ensure maximum privacy. This charming townhouse with a great private outdoor area is centrally located in the idyllic village of Búger on Mallorca. Shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Beautiful sandy beaches such as the bay of Alcúdia can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.
