Sometimes it takes something far removed from our normal, everyday lives to bring us back into balance and bring us back to the centre of our being. The ambience and expansive landscape surrounding Villa Marinassa des Trenc EMF453 could be an extremely pleasant way to support this process. The single-storey natural stone house is situated in the hinterland of the famous sandy beach Es Trenc in a secluded location and offers absolute privacy. Cypresses and oleanders, newly planted in 2015, shield the beautiful outdoor area and will form a dense frame for the property in the future. A beautiful, well-tended garden invites you to relax in the open air, be it with a refreshing drink, an entertaining read or simply dozing in the sun; here you can laze around to your heart's content. The 8 metre long pool blends decoratively into the garden, which is dominated by a large lawn and small olive trees. On hot days, wonderfully refreshing cool water is guaranteed! The pool is tiled with decorative mosaic tiles and varies in depth from 0.80 to 2.10 metres. Access is easy via corner steps. Relax afterwards on the sun loungers or on the inviting covered terrace next to the house. At any time of day, you can sit at the dining table, gaze into the distance and enjoy the view while savouring a few Mediterranean delicacies. Would you like to end your day in a cosy atmosphere and enjoy an evening BBQ in the balmy breeze? No problem! The brick barbecue is always ready on the gravelled area next to the house.

The interior of the villa has been designed with a special flair for contemporary aesthetics and comfort and you will feel a highly individual and exceptionally charming atmosphere from the moment you enter the house. Light colour tones, carefully selected fabrics, furniture and decorative pieces, attractive floor tiles, classic wooden beamed ceilings all create the mood for a place where you would love to settle down. A large living/dining room with integrated kitchen and several exits to the front terrace allow you to move freely and sociably around the space and do what you want without crowding each other. A wide variety of activities can take place here at the same time: Cooking, sitting at the table, playing games, painting, while someone behind you reads on the sofa or watches their favourite TV show on the flat-screen TV with satellite connection. And with the wireless internet connection, you can update your holiday status, get in touch with friends or simply plan a route for the next day's excursion in the car. The kitchen, decorated in grey and white and equipped with modern appliances, has everything you need for self-catering days when you want to go at your own pace. Two simple but elegant bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, invite you to take a cosy afternoon nap or a restful night's sleep. One room has a bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres, the other has two beds, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres. The two bathrooms are practical and tastefully furnished, with walk-in showers and stylish tiles and offer a high level of comfort and privacy, even for two couples travelling together. For larger groups travelling together, Marinassa des Trenc EMF453 can be booked together with the neighbouring properties EMF209 and EMF210.

This villa is perfect for all kinds of activities: first and foremost, of course, a visit to the beautiful local beaches. Thanks to its convenient location on a quiet country road, you can reach a wide variety of destinations in no time at all with a hire car. As one of the main attractions of Sa Rapita is the yacht club, leisure activities here include a variety of water sports such as surfing, sailing and diving. The beautiful Platja ses Covetes is located between the natural beach of Es Trenc and Sa Rapita, is 300 metres long and has parasol and sun lounger hire, a beach bar and a kiosk. Sa Rapita itself is a small fishing village away from the crowds and ideal for discovering the real Mallorca. Golf and hiking enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in this region.
