A lush driveway lined with a natural stone wall and tall palm trees leads us to the house and gives us our first taste of the exclusivity of this property. It quickly becomes clear that the exterior of this villa has been designed with a view to presenting the individual elements in a varied and larger scale. The exceptionally large number of trees on the property is particularly impressive. The pool area gives the impression of being in the middle of a palm garden. A wide variety of decorative elements and other unique pieces and installations invite you to discover and marvel at the property and give it a very individual flair. On the extensive terrace areas, you can look for a new, exclusive favourite spot every day and find both sunny and airy natural shady places to relax. Fruit trees, vegetables, chickens and birds are also part of country life here. The pool, which is sheltered in front of the house, forms the centrepiece of the garden. The pool is accessible via a ladder and has a pretty dolphin mosaic on the bottom. At 10 metres long, it is a respectable size. Sun loungers and parasols harmonise with the blue colour of the pool and conjure up a picturesque scene. You can lie under the Mediterranean sky to your heart's content and enjoy the best time of the year. You can do this just as tastefully in the various seating areas dotted around the house, which offer comfortable wicker chairs as well as dining tables, chairs and a bench. The property offers a total of 20 outdoor seating areas. A covered area is also part of the spacious outdoor facilities. The barbecue area is located near the pool terrace, where you can sit out on warm evenings and savour fresh, regional delicacies.

Finca Can Lopez Vara consists of a main house and a flat, which was completed in spring 2014. Upon entering the main house, you immediately recognise the characteristic opulence and can therefore also spend time inside in wonderful surroundings. Exposed beamed ceilings, patterned terracotta tiles and brightly coloured walls frame this interior beautifully. In the living/dining area, separated only by a wide archway, you can relax in the sofa area to one side and perhaps enjoy a good book or an entertaining film, as the TV is conveniently placed here. On cooler evenings, the fireplace can conjure up cosy warmth. There is also a small bar in the corner of the room. You can enjoy a sophisticated meal together in the dining room and do all the preparations beforehand in the kitchen right next door. The kitchen is generously proportioned and offers everything you need for everyday use as well as plenty of storage space. Appliances include a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and dishwasher as well as a kettle and filter coffee machine. There is even space for another small dining table where you can enjoy a snack with a small group. In the five lovingly and very individually designed bedrooms, everyone is guaranteed to find their ideal place for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms look fresh and bright and are equipped with high-quality furniture. The pretty flat has a double bed and a sofa bed for an additional person. The living room is very open-plan. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, the others have ceiling fans. The outbuilding and dining room are also air-conditioned.

The pretty harbour area of the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (16 km) is ideal for a short excursion. Lovers of beach holidays are in the right place at Villa Can Lopez Vara. The inviting beaches of the south-east coast, especially the family-friendly Es Trenc beach, can be reached quickly by hire car. If you wish, you can explore a different one of the many bays every day. In the evening of a great day's holiday, you can return to your holiday villa and enjoy your own personal end to the day. Villa Can Lopez Vara is situated in a secluded rural location, less than 5 minutes' drive north of the town of Campos in the southern part of the island. Campos has bars and restaurants as well as shops for daily needs. The drive to the southern beaches of Mallorca is not far from this holiday home.
