With a capacity for four people, distributed on two floors and with independent garage space (access to this is communal) you can enjoy the beautiful area of Las Lagunas de Fuengirola, where you will have multiple leisure, food and restaurant businesses along with good road access that will take you to any point of the Costa del Sol and the province of Malaga.

Accommodation subject to deposit or retention of debit or credit card of obligatory action before your entry to the same. The refund or release of the retention will be executed 48 hours after your departure and after review of the accommodation.

The outdoor areas you can enjoy are large and varied. You will love being in the large garden that runs along the three different swimming pools where you can sunbathe (there are no sun loungers or outdoor furniture in the common areas), swim or enjoy a book under the shade of the trees. There is also an outdoor garden area with a charcoal barbecue that has direct access to the nearest communal garden area with swimming pool.

From a covered and glazed terrace, you will enjoy the private garden space, which, together with its beautiful outdoor furniture, television and sofa.

Remember to respect the community rules and schedules.

With a two-storey architecture and a basement/garage, you will have enough space and comfort to make your holiday an experience. The beautifully decorated living-dining room, together with an equipped kitchen make the space very functional without losing the comfort of having a bathroom with shower on the same floor. This area is air-conditioned with a heat pump air-conditioning system.
On the upper floor, which is accessed by a comfortable staircase, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower in the common area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, access to an outdoor terrace and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and tidy way. The second bedroom has two single beds, a window to the outside and a wardrobe for your luggage.
This floor, which accommodates the bedrooms for your rest, is acclimatised by centralised air-conditioning with heat pump.
