Welcome to one of the many apartments of our vacation rental service Travemünde! This is where you will find a home for as long as you wish to stay.
Apartment complex at the beginning of the Kaiserallee, directly at the beach promenade.
In the building is an underground parking garage. Lift is available.
Your beachfront and yet quiet, bright and friendly furnished apartment (49 sqm) on the top floor (4th floor, no.47) impresses with a large balcony (20 sqm) and a view of the Baltic Sea. The high-quality furniture invites you to have breakfast outside or to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The large windows in the apartment allow you an equally great view and let plenty of sun and daylight into the apartment. In the bedroom with double bed (2m x 2m)and two separate mattresses(2m x 1m) and well sized wardrobe. Here you will be woken up by the first rays of sunshine and enjoy the view of the beautiful sunrise. The living room is harmoniously connected to an open kitchen with a large sofa bed (160cm x 200cm), smart TV and radio. There is also a spacious dining table with five comfortable chairs in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, except for an oven. The bathroom has a rain shower and a washing machine is available for your laundry. The apartment has a free underground parking space. Free Wi-Fi is available (WLAN code is written on an information sign on the shelf).

A bicycle cellar is located in the basement, if you go out of the elevator to the right, through a door (with the apartment key), then the first door on the left. Outdoor parking is available here directly in front of the house on the promenade.
Liability: Park at your own risk. It is not required to be legally responsible in case of theft or damage to your car or other personal belongings on-site. By entering the parking garage you waive responsibility of the owner of the underground parking garage. Please pay attention of your car size (width and height).
Children on request and with an additional fee: 0-1 years € 10, children 2 - 12 years, € 20.00 always per day and child. No occupancy of more than 2 adults possible.

The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
