This authentic, luxurious house near Saint-Étienne-de-Serre, surrounded by oak, chestnut and hazelnut trees, offers a peaceful oasis for families or groups. The cosy interior design made of fine materials combines wood, stone and wrought iron and creates a unique, cosy atmosphere. Relax in the Norwegian bath or on the panoramic terrace with views over the Ardèche mountains to the Alps, where you can enjoy the beauty of nature in complete privacy.

The surroundings of Saint-Étienne-de-Serre are ideal for nature lovers and explorers. Experience the wild Eyrieux valley with its secret swimming spots and waterfalls or explore the hiking trails of the Natura 2000 site. A trip to Mont Gerbier de Jonc, the source of the Loire, is a must, and the famous wine routes await you in the Rhone Valley. Take a trip on the Le Mastrou steam train through the Doux Gorge or visit the famous gorges of the Ardèche and the Chauvet Cave - a nature experience that will leave a lasting impression.

Note: To get to the holiday home, you have to take a 1.2 km path with a 250 m incline through the woods. The path is accessible to all vehicles except sports cars. A 4*4, 9-seater vehicle can be made available. There is a car park at the bottom of the house (maximum 2 vehicles). If you have more than two vehicles, you will need to make your own arrangements so as not to exceed the quota authorised by my neighbours.
