Beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Shared with the owner: large equipped lawn and swimming pool (8x16) on a 15 ha plot. Each apartment has a private outdoor area with garden furniture. Reasonable comfortable furniture. Distances: Capannoli and Peccioli 8 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa 40 km, Florence 65 km.

    “Eine weitläufige, sehr ruhig und geschützt liegende, im Grünen eingebettete Anlage mit teils Fernblick. Das Haus liegt oben auf hügeligem Gelände (schaffte Auto problemlos), unten im Tal eine sehr schöne Pferdeanlage (sprechen auch Englisch und deutsch), die uns herzlich willkommen hieß...Reitstunden, mitmachen, toll.
    Das Ferienhaus ist landestypisch im toscanischen Stil schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, sauber, top Zustand. Man kann drinnen und draußen gut an je großem Tisch essen, Alles, auch die Heizung funktionierte gut (nur leider kein Backofen, aber das war ja bekannt). Die zweite Wohnung um die Ecke stört nicht.
    Toller Pool (war April noch zu), Tischtennis und sogar im riesigen Gelände angelegte Wege für's Mountainbike, die aber den Aufenthalt für Nichtsportler nicht stören. Die zentrale Lage ist für Ausflüge gut geeignet (Pisa, Altstadt Lucca, Florenz (am besten von Pontederra entspannt mit dem Zug ins Zentrum der Metropole), Sienna, das Meer, viele kleine hübsche Dörfer auf den umliegenden Hügeln, Weinverkostungen). Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
