Lage:
The lodge is situated in absolute solitary in the middle of a 1.400 m² large, fenced garden. Along the garden flows a stream.
Entfernungen:
The health resort (good air) Fischbach, with shops, bakery, butcher, Gourmet Restaurant in 3 km. Bathing / recreation 3 km. Horse riding possibiliy at Strallegg in about 9 km. In the village there are 2 lifts! Ski resorts Wenigzell, St. Jakob im Walde, an eldorado for skiers, snowboarders, cross country skiing, tobogganing and snow-hikers with night skiing each in approximately 15km. From the hut there are plenty of hiking and biking trails through the Fischbacher Alps and Peter Roseggers Waldheimat.

The Non smoking house has on the ground floor 2 double rooms, shower, toilet. Living room with lounge, sofa, pellet stove, satellite TV, access to the kitchen with electric cooker, wood stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. Staircase to the upper floor, where 1 twin room and a dormitory with satellite TV are. Radio/CD player, heating system with infrared. Washing machine, Wi-Fi ( 10,-/week) available. In the well-kept garden are a large terrace with seats and a barbecue area.

Electricity 0,40/kWh, local tourism tax currently 3,50/person/night. Pet 35,-/week, final cleaning e 45,-, bed linen/towels can be rented for 10,-/set. Deposit 200,00
