Holiday apartments on a farmhouse, in the Lake Trasimeno hills, with a furnished terrace and garden


The holiday farm lies in the charming hills around Lake Trasimeno, in the small locality of “Sanguineto”. The farm owned by Aldo Marioli, which the holiday apartments are part of, runs a traditional, purely organic farming enterprise, producing extra virgin olive oil, wine and other food products.



The apartments were integrated into a stable that was no longer needed and was carefully converted. They are well laid out, comfortably furnished and all have heating.



Outside there is a large balcony with a veranda, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a garden with sun loungers. Therefore you can enjoy being in touch with the surrounding landscape and can enjoy the excellent view of Lake Trasimeno and its islands.



Once a week, the owners prepare a typical dinner for guests, offering homemade dishes using organically produced ingredients.



It is the ideal starting point for hikes and cycle tours, and is conveniently located for going on trips to the art cities in the region such as Perugia (20 minutes), Assisi, Gubbio, Spello Umbertide in Umbria, as well as Cortona (20 minutes), Siena, Arezzo and Florence in Tuscany.

    “Reeds tweede maal dat wij hier ben geweest. Huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, geweldige prive-tuin, en prima zwembad. Eigenares, die ook op het erf woont, is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kookt wel eens voor de bezoekers en geeft hen ook af en toe wat groenten uit eigen tuin. Wij zouden er elk jaar terug kunnen keren. Ook de eilanden op het meer zijn een bezoekje waard.”

    “Mooie vakantiewoning met alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Geweldig privéterras met 25 vierkante meter privétuin. Mooie omgeving en de eigenares is een vrouw om u tegen te zeggen; organiseert wekelijks voor de hele bende een etentje en is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De zelfgemaakte olijfolie is van prima kwaliteit. Heel wat mooie steden te bezichtigen in de omgeving en niet te vergeten het mooie eiland 'Polvese' in het meer. Je hebt alles wat je maar wil: prachtige omgeving, rust, cultuur, prachtig zwembad, vriendelijk onthaal... Wij gaan volgend jaar sowieso terug.”

    “Wat een romantisch huisje, met prachtig uitzicht over het dal in heuvelachtige omgeving, dichtbij het heerlijke trasimeno meer. De Italiaanse familie, die eigenaar is van de agriturismo, is hartelijk, gastvrij en kan heerlijk koken. Lieten ons helemaal vrij. Lekker ontspannen en wandelen.”

    “Prachtige plek, relaxed, met veel privacy, rust en ruimte. Goed onderhouden zwembad, mooi uitzicht, en prettige sfeer. Wifi is heel handig. Eigenaar is geweldig gastvrij en voelt wensen goed aan. Laat je met rust, maar is direct beschikbaar als er vragen zijn. Echt top!”

    “Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage und einem herrlichen Weitblick auf den Lago Trasimeno. Tuoro ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Für Einkäufe benötigt man jedoch ein Auto oder ein Fahrrad. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt neben einem Mini-Backofen auch über eine Mikrowelle. Die Küchenutensilien sind von guter Qualität und ist vollständig. Das Schlafzimmer wird mit einem Paravent bzw. durch den Kleiderschrank vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt und beide Räume - wie auch das Badezimmer - sind insgesamt sehr geräumig. Das Bett ist bequem und der Kleiderschrank bietet genügend Stauraum für Kleidung und Gepäck. Kleine Details im Wohn- und Schlafbereich führen dazu, dass man sich ab dem ersten Tag hier wohlfühlt. Für zwei Personen mit Hund ist die Wohnung optimal.

    Die große Terrasse und der eigene Garten machen die Erholung perfekt. Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und gepflegt und bietet ebenfalls einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Frische Eier, Wein und Olivenöl können direkt auf dem Hof gekauft werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hinreisen.”
