Spend a relaxing vacation in this beautiful vacation home with pool, located on a large plot surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean plants. Inside you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a small gallery, which is located above the kitchen-living room. Next to the pool, an outdoor kitchen awaits you, where you can spend many social hours with family and friends. For the carefree playing of your children there is a children's play area, which is also located on the property. The village of Kapelica is located near the old town of Labin and is about 15 minutes by car from the popular tourist resort of Rabac. There you will find beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants, as well as the possibility to take boat trips to the surrounding Kvarner islands.

    “Wir waren zu 4.. im Spätsommer 2018 dort, ganz tolle Anlage, die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel, der riesige Garten lädt zum träumen ein, der Pool ist immer gut gepflegt.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, kam alle paar Tage um sich um den Garten zu kümmern, war dabei niemals aufdringlich, immer sehr freundlich.
    sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man Wert auf einen großen Garten legt, das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern, kein Schnickschnak, alles da was man braucht.

    “Das Objekt ist ein Traum und ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Alle Zimmer einschließlich Küche waren sehr sauber und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Handtücher, Bettzeug und Reinigungsgeräte waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Der Vermieter kam mindestens alle 2 Tage zum Reinigen des Pools und zur Pflege des Objektes. Er war immer für Fragen und Probleme ansprechbar und die ganze Familie sehr nett.

    Wir fühlten uns dort immer sehr wohl. Am Ankunftstag erwartete uns ein Willkommensgruß aus Keksen, Obst, Softgetränken und Wein. So etwas ist uns vorher noch nie geschehen. Da fühlt man sich gleich doppelt willkommen! Vielen Dank!”

    “Sehr schönes, absolut sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem, schön angelegtem Grundstück. Äußerst freundlicher Vermieter (wohnt nicht am Grundstück, kam aber regelmäßig zur Pool-Reinigung und zum Blumen gießen). Ruhige Lage, kein Restaurant in Laufnähe. Aber viele Einkehr- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.”

    “Haus hat einen neuwertigen Zustand es wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sauberer Pool. Gesamtes Grundstück sehr gepflegt.
    Sehr netter Empfang vom Vermieter mit Wein und Obstkorb und ganz unkomplizierte Rückgabe des Hauses.
    Das Haus befindet sich 4,6Km vom nächsten Bäcker entfernt. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel ect. sind 4,3Km entfernt.
    Nächstes Gasthaus 4,3Km entfernt. Urlaub ohne Auto nicht möglich!”
