Ancient countryside house (320 m2) that dates back to 1730, situated on a pretty hill (300 m a.s.l). Ideal position for excursions throughout the Monti Sabini and its beautiful: archaeological remains, the Abbazia di Farfa of 1100, Roccantica and Casperia. Broad view of the valley and of Monte Soratte in the distance. Property of approx. 6 ha with olive trees and vineyards and a spacious, equipped lawn with pine trees and age-old elms and with a small football/volleyball field (outdoor shower). The farmhouse where the caretaker lives is 200 m away. Access along 1.5 km of dirt track road. Please note: there is a spacious portico on ground floor. The bedrooms on first floor have access to a terrace. Location: 3 km Poggio Mirteto (all kinds of shops), 4 km the natural oasis of Tevere-Farfa (canoeing on the Tevere river), 40 km Rieti, 50 km Rome. Arrivals must be within 4pm and 8pm. All arrivals except these times must be requested before arrival.
