This two storey country house Can Jep Llarg can accommodate a maximum of eleven people in five double bedrooms. Three of the five double beds are French beds. Two single additional beds are available. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a French bed and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Furthermore, you will find the living/dining room with satellite television and a DVD player, a fireplace and sofas offering seating for seven, as well as a dining room table for up to twelve diners. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, a stove, all necessary cooking utensils and much more.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with a French bed each, one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom.
The fenced in outside area of the property offers a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. There is a swimming pool with lounge chairs. Bicycles, Ping-Pong, basketball, volleyball and darts are all available at no additional cost.
The house is located in unspoiled countryside near the small river Verneda. Following the river, you will get to a small reservoir and the natural reserve Pein Les Gavarres, with its 200 year old cork oaks. The house is close to the beautiful beaches of Platja d’ Aro, s’ Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guixols. The road which connects Girona with Sant Feliu is located about 50 meters from the property.
