Welcome to Ladera del Mar 32 by Casasol, a cosy flat with terrace offering stunning views, perfect for relaxing and creating unforgettable memories in Nerja.

You will enjoy a living room equipped with TV and high speed internet, ideal for a refreshing rest after a day of adventures. The private terrace is an oasis for sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers and has an area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The flat includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a full bathroom and a kitchen equipped for cooking exquisite dishes. In addition, the air conditioning system provides cooling and heating throughout the space, guaranteeing your comfort all year round.

Just 150 metres away, there is a well-kept communal swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

Public parking spaces are at hand in the immediate vicinity of the flat, even during the high season. Just 150 metres away, there is a very well maintained communal swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

Although the use of a car is recommended for convenience, the flat is also well served by public transport, with a bus stop 400 metres away (10 minutes' walk) connecting the area to Nerja. The nearby beaches, also 500 metres away, offer a pleasant stroll to Nerja, where you can find typical Andalusian beach bars.

As standard in the house, you will find an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, hand and shower towels, plus a basic kit of cleaning products and toiletries on arrival.

The nearby beaches, also 500 metres away, offer a pleasant stroll to Nerja, where you can find typical Andalusian beach bars. Alternatively, you can opt for a quick taxi ride into town by arranging one through Nerja Taxi, usually costing around 12 euros.

    “Wir waren im September 2017 mit 4 Personen bei wunderschönem Wetter im spanischen Nerja, im Bereich Ladera del Mar. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist grandios an einen Berghang eingepasst und
    der große Balkon war am Morgen schon von der Sonne beschienen. Von hier aus hatten wir einen absolut wunderschönen Meeresblick. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was für einen angenehmen Urlaub notwendig ist, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage eine kleine Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer einen Super-Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ausserdem der große, gut verschließbare von Glasfenstern umfaste Vorraum. Der Gemeinschafts-Pool lag etwas unterhalb des Hauses auf einem Rasengrundstück und ist über eine abwärts führende Aussentreppe in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
    Das Haus selbst empfanden wir als sehr sauber. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist allerding sehr schlicht eingerichtet aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder.”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, von der großen Terrasse aus mit Meerblick von oben. Ein Auto sollte man haben. An der gesamten Ausstattung merkt man, dass der Vermieter dem Urlauber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt verschaffen möchte. Das ist auch gut gelungen.
    Merkwürdig ist der Einzug einer Kaution mit der Rechnung, also ca. 3 Wochen vor Mietbeginn, die Rückzahlung kommt hoffentlich noch.”
