Recent house with a large enclosed garden and a large private pool, located in the charming village of Argeliers. The environment is calm because the house is in a dead end. The main shops are located within 500 m.
This base is an excellent compromise for those who wish to combine the attractive seaside and cultural discoveries. The lively beaches resorts Gruissan and Narbonne beach stretch along the coast within a distance of 30 km. And, within a radius of 50 km, there are a wide range of excursions like Narbonne the roman city, the Corbieres and the Cathar castles, the medieval village of Minerve and the citadel of Carcassonne (World Heritage Site located in the UNESCO) and natural sites like the Canal du Midi, the Lake of Jouarres, the ponds of Bages (frequented by migratory birds), and also the regional park of La Clape (famous for its scenic hiking trails).
The house of 95 m², built on the same level , is comfortably furnished for 6 pepole.The garden of 1000 m² is decorated with a large swimming pool (12m x 6m) private and secured by an alarm. The pool is open from end of may and end of september, 2 tiled terraces one in front of the house, protected by an store and another on the side, shaded by 2 mulberry trees. The solarium also tiled, goes all around the pool. On the side of the swimming pool, independent toilet and shower. The lawned part of the garden is beautifully planted with trees and flowers. You also have a barbecue.
In the house: living room with american kitchen and lounge area, 1 double room, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 separate bathroom, 1 separate toilet.Parking off road. The owners speak Spanish. Sorry pets are not allowed.
