The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, grill possibility and terrace. Baška Voda, 55 m above sea level. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the garage, the carport and on a parking lot in the village (guarded). A sufficient number of free parking spaces for the guests of the house.
