The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2015 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet hillside location. For exclusive use are available: grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place. Kinderstuhg is about growing stools for children under 4 years of age.

Location
Pec pod Snezkou, district Velká Úpa, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Driveway uphill to the house. The house is located above the popular resort. The access goes via a mountain road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 300 m). Parking for 3 cars in summer (2 cars in winter) by the pension for a fee. In the summer months, the fee of 200 CZK is paid at a machine in the village under the hill and is valid for the whole week. In winter, access to the building is prohibited, parking is possible in the central parking lot 300 m from the pension for a fee of 250 CZK / car / day.
