The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1980, renovated in 2012 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Holiday flats KVA NOV 078 and KVA NOV 079 (each for 5 persons) are located in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house.
