This large well-maintained stone house is situated on a slightly hilly dune plot. The house has been continually renovated. The pool area was totally improved in 2006, and new laminated borders were laid in the lounge area in 2010. The bathrooms were renovated in 2012. This home can accommodate a large family. The dining room offers a wonderful view of the pool, which has a water slide as well as a wave generating machine. The fjord located at a distance is visible from this property. The house is located near the Årgab Beach, ideal for swimming in summer and for long leisurely strolls along the roaring North Sea in winter.

    “Wir waren mit Ausstattung, Lage zum Strand, Platz im und um das Haus sehr zufrieden,
    die Kundenfreundlichkeit der Novasolmitarbeiter ist besonders hervorzuheben,
    die Sauberkeit im Haus ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auf unsere diesbezügliche Beschwerde wurde allerdings umgehend reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen.”
