Rural villa with all the necessary comfort for a relaxing and sporty family holiday
Villa Lavanda is in Canfanaro in Istria, in a quiet and central location. It has been fully renovated and offers a maximum of comfort for relaxing in quiet and peaceful surroundings, far away from town traffic.
The dining room opens directly into the garden with a swimming pool and whirlpool, deckchairs and a shower. The owner cultivates fruit and vegetables all around the house, which guests are welcome to sample. There are also a gazebo, an outdoor fireplace with a grill and children’s chairs. Next to the swimming pool you can find a well-equipped fitness area, a sauna, a Jacuzzi and plenty of space, including a taverna.
The house has three bedrooms, two large bathrooms and a smaller bathroom, a generous living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a terrace with a view of the sea and the locality. All the rooms have air conditioning and very modern, new furnishing. Wireless Internet access is available, along with a safe, telephone, satellite TV, a washing machine, bed linen and towels.
Four bicycles are available for exploring the Canfanaro surroundings.
