Holiday apartments in a villa with a garden and a pool, right near the beach

Giardini del Golfo is a villa offering four holiday apartments with sea views. The villa lies amidst palm trees and an abundance of plants. The apartments are comfortable and elegant, with a wealth of typical Sicilian details. The walls are made of stone, the veranda has white columns and 18th-century tiles.

There are two grills, a wood-burning oven and a sink, to the rear of the villa in the garden. The laundry room is outside the apartments, so as not to compromise their ambience. You can relax and sunbathe in hammocks or deckchairs in the garden. The apartments have alarm systems and wireless Internet access. On the verandas there are tables and chairs, as well as parasols. You can hire bikes to get to the beach.

There is a pool (5x11, depth: 1.35 - 1.55) with large sun deck. Parking spaces are available for guests, with an automatic gate (you are given a remote control upon arrival). The apartments provide a TV, private areas with deckchairs for sunbathing, a laundry room, a grill area with two grills and a wood-burning oven. The apartments have large verandas. Parasols are available on the beach. Transfers can be arranged from the airport (Punta Raisi to Palermo 15 minutes and from Birgi to Trapani in 25 minutes).

You can prepare excellent dinners in the garden and enjoy local wine. All in all this is a wonderful place to spend an enjoyable holiday.

The villa is 450 metres from the sea and therefore within easy walking distance. The beach has golden sand and is serviced. The villa is about 550 metres from the centre, where you can make all necessary purchases. There are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, various shops, wine shops, bars, a disco-pub, pharmacy, ATM and a bus stop 50 metres away. You can go on guided tours and boat trips. In the evening you can go on pleasant strolls and admire the sunset. Lo Zingaro, Scopello, Segestam Valle dei Templi, Palermo, Monreale, Erice, Saline di Trapani, Marsala, Favignana, Selinunte , Vulcano sull’Etna etc. are all in the vicinity.

Holiday Apartment in Balestrate with Private Parking and Great View

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the villa and has its own separate entrance.

It consists of a total of four rooms. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a large window overlooking the garden, and another bedroom with a double bed that can also be used as two single beds if required. This bedroom also has a window facing the garden. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small window. The stone wall and the wooden and stainless steel foot of the washbasin are special features. The apartment also has a second bathroom with a shower in the outdoor area in the garden. A small corridor separates the sleeping area off, leading to the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen has a great view of the garden and the veranda. The Sicilian tiles and the stone wall behind the large sofa exude a relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy a romantic dinner in the garden, with a glass of fine local wine. A table and chairs are provided on the veranda which affords a wonderful view of the sea.

    “Posizione strategica perché molto vicina alla litoranea che ti permette di raggiungere le migliori baie della costa nord occidentale. Inoltre la vicinanza al casello autostradale della Palermo/Trapani/Mazzara del Vallo, ti permette di raggiungere in 30/35 minuti i migliori siti archeologici, le splendide spiagge della costa sud occidentale e naturalmente Trapani, Masala e Palermo.
    Appartamento molto pulito e confortevole , con splendido giardino , barbecue , lettini relax, servizi esterni.Molto soddisfatti anche per la disponibilità e la cortesia del titolare.Grazie.Torneremo di sicuro.”
