This cottage is located on the east coast, near the famous village of Son Macia on a property with a great panoramic view over the surrounding mountainous landscape. The house is very simple, has a floor space of approximately 130m ² and offers, 3 double bedrooms (air conditioning in all rooms), 1 living room and kitchen with a dishwasher with a separate dining space for up to 6 people. In addition there are 2 bathrooms 1 with bath tub. Outside there is the private swimming pool with sun terrace and a stunning panoramic view of the valley of Son Macia. The village of Son Macia Levante is situated in a picturesque valley on the edge of the mountain range of Serra de. From here, it is not far to the often hidden very small beaches of Calas de Mallorca. Much wider and longer is the family-friendly sandy beach of Cala Millor. Tourist very well developed and with a variety of sports and leisure activities, he is very popular with families with children.

    “Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und man findet vor Ort alles was man für erholsame Tage benötigt. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir haben einfach nichts gefunden was wir beanstanden konnten, würden daher jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.
    Der Vermieter wohnt nicht weit entfernt und kann daher bei Bedarf kurzfristig zur Stelle sein. Wir hatten das Glück (da wir Frühaufsteher sind) ihn kennen zu lernen und hatten ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis aufbauen können. Er kümmert sich jeden Morgen (7:30 Uhr wo die Urlauber normalerweise schlafen) ohne das man ihn bemerkt um die Außenanlagen und reinigt den Pool und holt den Müll ab. Somit hatten wir zu jederzeit ein gepflegtes Urlaubsobjekt.”

    “Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wunderschön in einer Obstplantage. Guter Kontakt zum Eigentümer. Hat sich sehr gekümmert. D. h. das Haus war sein Geld wert. Schönes Pool. Alles schön sauber. Etwas spärliche Küchenausstattung. Aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
    Ich würde es jeder Zeit wieder mieten.”
