Country House in the center of Tuscany with biological agriculture and natural products, ideal for people who want to spend a relaxing time


It's long time, centuries, that the County of Scorgiano belongs to the same family. The new generations have restored some ancient living country houses making them available for modern and comfortable life styles.

Our farm is located in the center of Tuscany easily connected with Chianti landscape. Production in the 500 hectares belonging to the farm is dedicated to both wine and cereals, having been modernized in terms of working means but still following the traditional genuine and fresh approach; the biological approach tends to harmonize production with natural life.

A swimming-pool, 10x6 meters, is available for all our guests. In the garden there are chairs and table. Guests have free access to the swimming pool, located in a reserved area on a raised plateau with two pavilions of about 20 square meters each, table and chairs.

Peace in walking around in the Tuscan countryside is possible using various kinds of hospitality made available to people asking for relaxing time; the night view of the sky will show you how many stars there are (more than those you are used to) and night and day you'll be able to listen to singing birds enjoying your staying there.

In the village is located a restaurant offering familiar cooking (typical Tuscan cooking and grills).

Apartment Riccio

The apartment is located in a restored farmhouse, situated on the edge of the wood in a panoramic position, about 400 meters from the administrative premises of the farm and from the direct sale of farm products (meats, wine, oil and other products). The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with double bed or two single beds at guest choice. A living room with sofa bed which can provide two additiona sleeping places. The kitchen dining room completes the interior of the apartment where you have a full bathroom with tub and a toilet.

    “Einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft mit viel Flair. Die vollständige Ausstattung umfasst auch eine Waschmaschine in gutem Zustand. Der ebenfalls sehr saubere und großzügige Pool (ca. 5x10m) befindet sich direkt am Objekt. Für einen Ruhetag vor Ort stehen Holzliegen und fest installierte Pavillons als Sonnenschutz zur Verfügung. Holzliegen sowie Gartenmöbel des Essplatzes im Hof waren neu.”
