The holiday apartments MELIES on the southwestern side of the Pilion are in a unique location directly above the sea with private access to the waterfront. Perfect for an unforgettable beach holiday. The property has a three-storey house with a total of six apartments, a stonehouse with two adjacent studios and two beautiful lounge-deck areas.
Directly at the water is the former fisherman´s house of the family, modified into two studios for rental in the nineties. The beautiful old stone facade remained unchanged. The left side of the house is for rental. Tastefully furnitured studio, modern and comfortable, refurbished in 2013, elevated ground floor, only three steps away from one lounge-deck. Direct access to a small roofed balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. SOn the side in front of the stone house is a beautifully designed lounge deck area. Approx. 15 steps below (due to the hillside situation of the house), there is a large, shaded terrace directly bordering the waterfront for the common use of all guests. The beautiful lounge-deck with sunbeds is directly attached to the sea and forms the centrepiece of the property. Paddle boats can be used free of charge by arrangement with the owner.
