Wonderful Holiday House in Klagenfurt with Seasonal Pool

This is a very beautiful, cosy single-family house with a seasonal pool (May to September) in a quiet location by the edge of a forest in Klagenfurt. The house is charmingly furnished and decorated and is well-equipped.

The house has a roofed terrace and a balcony on the first floor.

The ground floor comprises an entrance area, a toilet, a kitchen with a dining space and access to the roofed terrace, as well as a living room with a tiled fireplace stove. The kitchen is not new, but is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, cutlery, glasses, plates etc. The first floor consists of three bedrooms, two of which open onto the balcony. Apart from the parents’ bedroom, the bedrooms are furnished with pull-out beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a bathroom with a shower, bath, double washbasin, bidet and toilet. A hairdryer is available. You can find a washing machine, a second fridge, a grill, loungers, beanbags etc. in the cellar.

The town centre is a 15-minute walk away, or 5 minutes by bike. It has restaurants and all kinds of shops. The bus stop is 500 metres away. All the ski resorts are 25 to 60 minutes away.

    “On the first morning we already got a complaint of the owner that the neighbors are saying we were throwing a party, or illegal meetings.
    Which is not true. We were swimming in the pool and there was some music playing, the music wasn't loud at all.

    Second day we got a complaint that we were letting people sleep over which was also not true.
    Just because that person left their car in the street. not even on the drive-way.

    Pool is nice, bit cold, but nice.
    Bedrooms are decent, some of the beds are quite hard.
    The bathroom was the best room, heated floor and modernly renovated.
    Living room and kitchen are good enough.
    We weren't much in the house, basically only to eat and sleep. Positiv: The house was renovated and comfortable to live in, really clean. Negativ: Neighbors complained a lot of nothing.
    Even telling lies to the owner. Restaurant: Villa Lido - Pizzeria at the edge of Worthersee lake”

    “Positiv: Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegten Haus mit einem schönen großen Pool und Garten. Ideale ruhige Lage nahe zu Wörthersee, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen. Nahversorgung mit dem Auto um die Ecke: Billa, Hofer, BIPA, OBI, Tankstelle, Bankomat, Lokale, McDonald's. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.”
