The villa, surrounded by green Mediterranean macchia, is about 2 km from Badesi, in the Badesi Mare area. The site is accessed along a private 700-metre-long road that is not asphalted and affords a view of a white, almost empty beach.
The villa is on one floor and consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for two persons, a dining space and a kitchen unit with a gas stove (four rings), an extractor fan, a fridge with a freezer compartment, electric oven and sink. Three steps lead to the sleeping area with a bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a storage room. The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Stairs lead from the living room to a 40 m² partly roofed sun terrace with a view of the sea (100 m away) and deckchairs. The villa has a large garden with a juniper trees, mastic and Mediterranean macchia, as well as rosemary. There is a further 20 m² terrace here with a table, chairs and deckchairs. The villa also has a garage with two car parking spaces.
A free cot is available. Pets are allowed on request. Trips and tours to places of interest on the north coast of Sardinia can be arranged.

The villa is on the Asinara gulf, between Stintino and Santa Teresa di Gallura, close to the major tourist centres and the archaeological and natural sites, such as Nuraghe Su Tesoro or the Elephant Cliff. The medieval town Castelsardo is 15 km away, the Isola Rossa harbour 10 km away. It is just 9 km to the Casteldoria thermal baths with a wellness centre and several thermal baths.
