The two-storey holiday house DIMITRA lies in the rural, quiet area of Aghios Matthaios, which is one of the most beautiful villages on the island. Balconies and terraces in all directions of the compass offer quiet recreational spaces in the open air. Here you can enjoy the view towards the forested hillside of the Pantokrator and over the rooftops of Aghios Matthaios. After a few hundred meters via narrow, paved walkways you are immersed in the village life. The evenings in the kafenion and the cosy taverns of the village are placid and contemplative. DIMITRA is a functionally furnished holiday house surrounded by kitchen gardens. The spacious living area with adjoining kitchen, bedroom and a small bath are on the ground floor. You have direct access from the living room to a roofed terrace with a view across the garden. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. From both bedroom terraces you can enjoy a wonderful view across the surrounding countryside and towards the village. Winding, wild and romantic paths lead you through dense old olives groves from Aghios Matthaios to the near coasts and beaches of the island, towards Paramonas, Skidi, Kanouli or Halikounas.
