The apartment belongs to an elegant complex: is set on the 1st floor, in a vivacious and fresh zone near the Lake and historical center.
The 55sqm apartment has a bright living room, fully fitted kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and balcony, utility room, bathroom. Ideal for two people, on request can be equipped for a child or for a third adult (extra bed). The bathroom was completely renovated in May 2014 and offers a high level of comfort. Inside the property there is a spacious covered lock-up garage to park your car and protect it from the elements.
A 700sqm private garden is at your completely disposal inside the property (equipped with sunloungers for your relax and a lovely arbour to enjoy eating outdoors). This area is perfect for a child: a safe place for your baby to play in! The owner lives in an other apartment of the property so is on hand for any emergency, but will not be sharing your space (inside or out) during your stay so that you can enjoy your privacy.
A welcome pack is included in the price fresh fruit, some local bakery specialities, one newspaper in your language, a guide book to Lake Maggiore and other essentials including a bottle of wine!
September or October is one of the best time to visit Lake Maggiore. When the crowds have lessened it is so much easier to get around and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Day trip possibilities include Stresa and the Borromean Islands, the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto, Toce Waterfall, the metropolitan area of Milan and many more wonderful sights.
