Modern holiday apartments by the beach, with a breathtakingly beautiful sea view

These modern apartments enjoy a quiet location on the edge of the village Kiveri and everything you need for a pleasant stay is within walking distance. At the rocky beach nearby you can relax under the blue Mediterranean sky and swim in clear sea water.

The apartments are well-equipped. There is free and unlimited wireless Internet access, a TV, a washing machine and air conditioning.

The balcony and the windows afford a wonderful view of the Gulf of Argolis and the historical Palamidi and Bourtzi fortifications. The sunrises are particularly beautiful. Guests have free access to a grill area and at the side of the building there are free parking spaces.

Restaurants, tavernas, minimarkets and a bakery are within a few minutes’ walk along a path along the attractive rocky beach. The bus stop is just 500 metres from the apartments, with regular buses to Argos. Kiveri is a little fishing village by the Argolis bay. It is easy to get to the ancient Epidaurus (45 km), Mykene (20 km), Nafplion (12 km), the old Tyrins (12 km), Argos (12 km) Tolo (20 km), the ancient Nemea (27 km), Corinth (59 km) and the old Olympia (160 km) by car. Athens is only 150 kilometres away and is definitely worth a visit. If you come in winter and like skiing or snowboarding, then the best place to do so is Kalavyta (125km).

This building with its holiday apartments is located in the Kiveri village just few kilometre away from Nafplio and Argos in Argolis in Peloponnese region.It lies directly beside the crystal-clear sea and has its own beach. Our steps drive direct to a small beach front of the apartment.Also in a walking distance there are two public beaches in Kiveri village with sunbeds.Only 300m to 800m away by foot there sre taverns, restaurans, coffe shops, supermarket, bakery e.t.c.There is a bus station 500m away from the apartment.Waterfront holiday apartments, in Kiveri village, close to Nafplio, Mycenae, Epidaurus and the most archeological sites in Argolis

This 45m² apartment is suitable for four adults or two adults and three children. It provides a tiled and air-conditioned living room with an integrated kitchen. The sitting corner consists of a double sofa bed and a coffee table. There is a single bed by the wall next to it. In front of the bed there is an adjoining built-in kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, mini oven, toaster and kettle, as well as crockery and cooking utensils. Opposite the kitchen unit there is a dining space. The bedroom behind the living room has a double bed. The bathroom next to it is fitted with a shower, WC and hairdryer.Relax on the balcony furnished with a table and four chairs. Already at breakfast time you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, or you can end the evening here with a glass of wine under a starry sky.

The apartments have their owner sea view balcony with a dining table and a sunbed.Also outside of the apartments, there is free parking on the road.Front of the apartment there is a foot path which drive in walking distance in the local port.

There is a travel bed for small children and a baby chair in the holiday home.

    “Die Ferienwohnung war komfortabel und praktisch mit kleinen Deko- Details eingerichtet. Das Bad war etwas klein aber mit der angegebenen Personenzahl durchaus locker machbar. Fantastisch ist der Blick vom Balkon über das Meer nach Napflio. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und funktionierte, wurde von uns jedoch nicht genutzt. Traumhaft war auch der Umstand dass das Ferienhaus mit seinen Wohnungen am Ende des Ortes lag und wir einen kleinen Privatstrand des Hauses hatten, da der Fußgängerweg dort endete und nur wenige Leute dort schwimmen gingen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und hatte gute Insidertipps parat. Zu dem muss man besonders hervorheben dass alle 3-4 Tage die Handtücher gewechselt wurden und die Wohnung gesaugt wurde. Dies ist bei weiten nicht üblich. Es waren wundervolle Tage und wir werden genau in diese Wohnung wiederkommen.”

    “Alles sehr sauber mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Bucht.
    Und wenn man will kann man vor dem Frühstück schon nach ein paar Stufen ins Meer springen.
    Eine sehr gute Unterkunft die auch nur ein paar Minuten, über einen Fußweg am Meer, zu den Tavernen von Kiveri entfernt liegt.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bad sehr klein, aber für griechische Verhältnisse topp. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend. Der Blick vom Balkon -traumhaft. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Meer. Badeschiuhe sind wichtig. Die Nachbarschaft war manchmal etwas laut. Aber der Blick aufs Meer entschädigt.”
