Quietly located holiday apartments with a balcony, near the old town of Split



The two holiday apartments for two and five people are just ten to fifteen minutes on foot from the old town of Split, in a quiet town district, but near the centre.

Each apartment has its own balcony. A private parking space is available in the rear courtyard. The owner can provide a free transport service into the town centre or to the beach.

The beach is about 1400 metres away and the town centre with restaurants and supermarkets about 1000 metres away. You can find all everyday essentials within 100 metres, such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants, a bank and ATMs, money exchange, the municipal bus line, a pharmacy and an organic market, where you can buy fresh, home-grown fruit and vegetables.

The apartment features a 14m² roofed terrace with garden furniture and a 6m² furnished balcony.

The 50m² holiday apartment is on the third floor and can accommodate two to a maximum of seven people. It has a living room-kitchen with a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a dining space. The living room adjoining the kitchen has a large sofa bed (140 x 200cm) for two people. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm), while the second has a further double bed (150 x 190cm). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room-kitchen. Cable TV and wireless Internet access are also available.

    “Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich. Für Leute, die sich gerne bewegen und 3 bis 8 min Fußwege in Kauf nehmen, für ihre Besorgungen (Bank, Essen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten e.c.) ist die Lage in Ordnung. Direkt vor dem Apartment befindet sich ein Bistro und eine große Straße. Die Straße ist sehr befahren und je nachdem, wie man es selber gewohnt ist, nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht so zu hören. Das Bistro merkt man nur am Freitag und Samstag. Kroaten sind ein geselliges Volk und nutzen natürlich das Wochenende und feiern. Aber ab 0.30 Uhr ist dann auch Schluss. Wer im Urlaub auf deutsches Fernsehen nicht verzichten kann, ist dort nicht am richtigen Ort (nur VOX, EUROSPORT 1 und 2). Uns hat das aber nicht gestört, da die Altstadt so viele Möglichkeiten bietet, sich den Abend gemütlich zu gestalten. Alles zusammen betrachtet, wissen wir, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder nach Kroatien fahren werden. Die Menschen sind gastfreundliche, höflich und sehr angenehm, dazu bietet die Küste und die Berge ein reizvolles und vielseitiges Betätigungsfeld. Nicht alle verstehen deutsch, aber mit englisch, ist es kein Problem sich zu verständigen.”
