These small but beautiful holiday homes are located in the holiday home village of Friedrichskoog-Spitze, just a few metres from the North Sea between the dyke and meadows. Designed in a Scandinavian style, the bright wooden houses invite you to spend cosy and relaxing hours on your own terrace or in the living area with its modern bio-ethanol fireplace.

Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer holiday or a break in the quieter off-season, when the North Sea can be particularly exciting and there is a very special atmosphere on the dyke.


The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is ideal for cosy cooking sessions with your loved ones. Your own terrace invites you to enjoy long sunbaths, barbecues or an extensive breakfast with fragrant bread rolls.

The holiday homes are located next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can also quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.

There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large car park (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses.

***In the course of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.

Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. However, the popular mudflat walks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will not be possible again until April 2025.

The spa gardens will also be remodelled and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach.

This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive, even if this is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.***

    “Das Objekt liegt nicht weit vom Strand und am Rand der Siedlung. Für Hundebesitzer ideal, weil direkt am Hundestrand. Sauber und mit (für uns) allem eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen aber wahrscheinlich zu wenig Platz, für 2 ausreichend. Eventuell wäre noch eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder möglich, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.”

    “Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Badezimmer ist zweckmäßig. Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und gepflegt. Lage des Hauses direkt am Deich. Nachteil: die Betten sind sehr, sehr weich.”

    “Erster Eindruck: ein schnuckeliges, kleines Haus für uns Zwei. Ruhige Lage, ziemlich neu, sauber, nette, moderne Einrichtung, eine mit guten Elektrogeräten ausgestattete Küche. Bad von beiden Schlafzimmern zugänglich. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein man kann gerade noch die Betten umgehen. Der Schrank klein. Kaum Stauraum für Koffer und Taschen etc. Wir haben das zweite Schlafzimmer als Ablage für Koffer, Taschen, Schuhe und sonstiges genutzt, naja zu Zweit kein Problem. In allen Zimmern ausreichend Haken um etwas aufzuhängen. Fehlt sonst immer. Privat haben wir auch härtere Matratzen trotzdem waren die Betten kuschelig, keine Rückenbeschwerden keine schlaflosen Nächte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit vier Personen wäre uns dieses Haus allerdings etwas zu eng. Man sollte die Schlafzimmerfenster eventuell mit Fliegengitter versehen um auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen zu können da sich die kleinen Schlafzimmer sehr stark aufheizen und einige Mücken doch sehr aktiv sind. Terrassenmöbel und Grill okay.”

    “Das Häuschen ist ganz schnuckelig. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Sogar ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderreisebett sind vorhanden. Leider sind die Räume so eng, dass das Reisebett keinen Platz im Zimmer findet. Da wir nur zu Dritt unterwegs waren, haben wir kurzerhand die Betten in einem Zimmer senkrecht gestellt. Dann ging es. Ein weiterer Punkt der uns nicht so gefallen hat, war, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Man hört alles (jedes Räuspern), als würde man direkt daneben sitzen. Mit einem kleinen Kind kann das problematisch sein. Nichtsdestotrotz, war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, hat eine tolle Lage und ist gut ausgestattet. Bis zu 6 Personen möglich, für 2 Personen (mit Hund) gerade ausreichend. Die Betten sind sehr weich.”
