    “Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Einrichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig, besteht im Wesentlichen aus abgestellten Möbelstücken, das Bad/Dusche ist ähnlich.

    “Das Haus bräuchte dringend eine Modernisierung im Sanitärbereich.
