Farm holidays with saltpool with beach-Air conditioning

The charming country house is situated on a hill on the border between the provinces of Siena and Grosseto.

The apartment extends over two floors, with access via a staircase. On the lower floor is a fitness room with a fitness bench, weights, stationary bike and exercise cycle, and a laundry room. On the upper floor is the entrance with loggia, a large living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a fully-fitted bathroom with shower and another bathroom with toilet, bidet and washbasin. The third bedroom is a romantic suite for two people with its own bathroom on the ground floor, which is only available for bookings of six or more people. The large kitchen is located on the first floor and is fully equipped. There is an LED (40”) TV with digital and satellite reception. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets.

In the outdoor area, there is a large well-kept garden with a roofed terrace with sofa, armchairs, sun loungers, barbecue and a typical Maremma-style back room with wood-burning oven, table, chairs and kitchen area. There is a 6x12 shared swimming pool (open from May nd to September). There is a roofed parking space for one car and parking spaces for further cars and motorbikes.

The country house is located only 1.5 km from the thermal baths of Petriolo, where there is a discount of 10%, thanks to an agreement with the homeowner. You can also bathe directly in the pools of the River Farma with its warm thermal water at no charge. The SS233 expressway is just 1.5 km away. Shops, a pharmacy, a bank and the police station are about 15km away in Civitella Paganico.
