The inviting vacation apartment awaits you in a quiet but central location in Holzgau in the Tyrolean Lech Valley. With comfortable rooms in the main building and annexe, it also offers plenty of space for a larger group if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet and the proximity to nature together. Make yourself comfortable in the simply but comfortably furnished rooms and use the spacious lounge for sociable meals together and cozy evenings after your activities.

Enjoy the sun and the fresh mountain air by the house, the garden invites you to relax. The owners live in a separate apartment in the house.

In the Lech Valley you can hike to your heart's content, there are routes for families as well as for ambitious mountaineers. Enjoy wonderful panoramas and spectacular nature not far from the vacation apartment. The location is very central, within walking distance of grocery stores, sports stores, restaurants and a bus stop. There is a children's playground and a soccer pitch nearby. In winter, the ski lift, toboggan run and cross-country ski trail are just a few steps away.
