This apartment, which is a part of a big house was completely renovated in 2008. The decor is bright and comfortable. The house features, among other things, air conditioning (hot/cold) and TV channels on Astra. The property is located in the countryside, 1 km from the village of Mallemort and 4 km from the beautiful 18-hole Pont Royal golf course. Between the owner's house and the holiday apartment, there is a shared area of about 1,000 square metres which houses a pool, a pool house, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The pool can be used from 15th May to 30th September. The main attractions of the area include the Alpilles, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Luberon and its charming villages and Aix-en-Provence and its surroundings. Though the landlord uses a barn adjacent to the residential unit, necessary care is taken so that the guests are not disturbed.
