Peacefully situated ground floor apartment with own pool

This rustic furnished apartment is on the ground floor of a house built in 2005 situated in a sunny, elevated location in the quiet residential area Balcón de Finestrat.

The 120 m² large apartment with separate entrance has a living room with sitting and dining area as well as TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In total there are three bedrooms: The first one has a double bed (1.40 m wide), the second has a double and single bed and the third bedroom three single beds. On request an additional bed can be provided for a ninth person. The house provides a free WLAN internet access. In the winter the apartment can be heated.

Part of the apartment is a private pool (10 x 4 metres) with inside stairs and outdoor showers. From the pool afar one is able to see the mountains and sea. On the about 500 m² large, enclosed property guests have garden tables and chairs, loungers as well as a grill at their disposal. Furthermore there are two private parking spaces.

The owners spend their vacation in the apartment on the top floor for three weeks each year. The remaining time the top floor apartment is not occupied.

Shops and supermarkets are about 2 kilometres away. The next sandy beach is roughly 3 kilometres away. In the vicinity of the house and in the mountains there are countless hiking routes. Shop facilities and restaurants are at a distance of 1,000 metres.
