Holiday apartment with use of a garden, in a quiet location
The holiday apartment is on the edge of the village of Ascheberg in the Holstein Switzerland nature reserve, surrounded by meadows in the midst of nature and classified as three-star.
It occupies the whole upper floor (ca. 50m²) of the very quietly situated single-family house. The owners live on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a living room (satellite TV, stereo system, sofa bed, table, pull-out bed), a bedroom (two single beds, also composable), a bathroom (WC, washbasin, bath with a shower attachment), and a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, breakfast table with chairs). A third person can sleep on a fold-out bed in the living room at a supplementary charge.
The well-tended garden of around 1500m² has grilling facilities, or you can simply enjoy a glass of wine on your little terrace. Pets are allowed, as long as they are old and well-behaved enough not to damage the apartment.
The centre with supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, a beach by the Großer Plöner See, boat hire etc. is about 2km away, easy to get to on foot, by bike or by car. You can find canoe and sailing boat hire and an indoor pool 7km away in Plön. There is a tennis court about 4km away and you can also go horse riding. The Baltic Sea is 35km away.
