Wonderful Holiday House in Castiadas with Spacious Garden

This comfortable holiday domicile is only 400 metres from the beach, situated between Villasimius and Costa Rei.

The ground floor hosts an open-plan kitchen living area, hallway, bathroom, one room with a double bed and a double bedroom. In the living room there is a dining area which is furnished with an extending leaf table and six chairs. There are more rooms available in the basement. Here you will find a hallway, bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two to four single beds. The ground floor shower boasts an integrated hydromassage feature and there is also a radio.

This detached holiday house has only recently been built and meets the highest quality standards in accordance with Energy Efficiency Class B. It offers room for ten to twelve guests.

This house can also provide up to two baby cots and equipment, such as playpen, highchair and baby bath tub. The vicinity is flat and ground-level, meaning that there are no particular obstacles for baby pushchairs or mobility-impaired persons. The spacious garden has a lawn, surrounding the house on all four sides. There is an automated irrigation plant, a water reservoir and an outside hot water shower. A spacious, roofed 45 square metre veranda invites to enjoy social evenings. The outside area is furnished with garden furniture, two sofas, four rattan armchairs and two teak tables with ten chairs. There is also a barbecue. You are allowed pets in this property. In the vicinity of the house there are many more newly constructed holiday homes similar to this one, some of which are going through the finishing stages of building works. The housing complex benefits from a well, built to prevent potential water shortages in summer and the house itself is equipped with a water tank. Fine sand beaches, as shown on the photographs, line both sides of the bay. Nearby there is a Sea-Preserve and nearly immediately opposite you find the island of Sepentara. There are free-of-charge and chargeable beaches with loungers and sunshades for rent. Numerous leisure facilities, including boat rental, surfing- and diving schools or simply children’s play equipment are also available. The local gastronomy features seaside cafes and bars which are open until late in the evenings. The towns of Villasimius, Costa Rei and Castiadias are only a few minutes within reach, offering numerous tourist attractions and a pulsating night life. Here you will find a variety of discotheques, restaurants, pizza parlours, bars, pubs and also establishments for your convenience such as shops, banks, petrol stations and markets as well as cultural and folk events during the summer months.

This is an upscale holiday accommodation with quality furnishings. Leading brand electronic devices of A / A+ quality include two television sets complete with satellite-programmes, dishwasher, circulating air oven, microwave, toaster and gas cooker with five hobs. Furthermore, the is a double bowl sink, fridge, two freezer compartment, Nespresso-coffemaker and in the bathroom there is a hairdryer. All rooms are equipped with radiators alternate air conditioning. A safe is also part of the interior.

    “Austtattung und Lage OK..

    Wir waren jedoch Ende Mai da und hatten auch 2 kalte Tage dabei.. Das Haus war vor uns anscheinend noch nicht vermietet worden. Der Obere Teil des Haus ist auch OK, schöner Garten, Aussengrillstelle, gepflegt und sehr netter Vermieter (Danke Nicola), allerdings sind die 3 Schlafzimmer im Keller zu dieser Zeit extrem feucht und Muffig gewesen. Die Dusche im Keller ist auch nicht wirklich zu nutzen, da trotz sehr wenig Wasser, welches aus der Dusche kommt, nach 2min nur noch kaltes Wasser kommt :( Das mag im Sommer mit der Aussendusche verzeihlich sein, für unserer kalten Tage war es das leider nicht..” “Austtattung und Lage OK..

    “Das Haus war toll. Wir haben als sehr große Familie den Platz, die vielen Schlafzimmer, das Grundstück und die Grillstelle und Außendusche sehr genossen! Die Ausstattung war mehr als ausreichend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

    Zum Einkaufen benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Wir waren im Mai dort und in dieser Zeit so ziemlich allein sowohl in der Anlage, in der das Haus steht als auch am Strand.”
