Holiday cottage with a balcony and a communal pool

This well-kept holiday cottage in the sunny south of Tenerife features 80 m² of living space, spreading across two floors. The holiday cottage has been furnished to the highest standards, so you will be sure that you won’t miss anything in this accommodation.

For those who like an active holiday there is plenty on offer: water sports, diving, snorkeling, hiking, golf and dancing – and all this in the immediate vicinity. The lessors are happy to provide you with personal advice on the local activities, and particularly on latin dancing, as both have been passionate salsa dancers for many years.

The ground floor features the generous living room with a stylish dining area, the well-equipped, newly furnished kitchen, and a guest toilet. From here, you have access to the private terrace with a small romantic garden. You can use the other entrance to get to the communal swimming pool. The upper floor hosts the two light flooded bedrooms (with two shutters for darkness) with a balcony each, and the well-equipped bathroom. The two tastefully furnished bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. The bigger of the two rooms ('Rojo') also has a small desks, a safe and shelves.

Thanks to this great location, Chayofa benefits from a stunning panoramic view of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, the Atlantic Ocean with the island of 'La Gomera' in the background, and of the mountains of the Teide national park. Nevertheless, the long well-kept white sand beaches of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are only a few kilometres away. Here, sun lovers get their money worth. In addition to this, numerous shops offering all there is from basic to luxury goods invite to spend some time shopping. The nightlife of Los Cristianos and Las Americas has something on offer for all age groups. All this makes Chayofa an ideal holiday base with maximum living comfort.

Chayofa is an ideal place for a quiet and recreational holiday, with many nature expeditions and other sports activities on offer. Nightlife spots are also not far away. Nevertheless, here you can enjoy the private atmosphere far away from the tourist hassle! This is simply brilliant! The quiet and well-kept villa suburb is a five minutes’ car drive away from the bustling tourist centres of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas in Tenerife’s northeast, at the foot of the Parque Nacional de Las Cañadas del Teide with its many hiking opportunities. Chayofa is only 300 m above sea level, making this a place where you can enjoy a mild climate with very few rainy days all year round.

    “Maison à recommander absolument. Maison très bien équipée : lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, bouilloire électrique, percolateur, micro-ondes, four traditionnel, plaques de cuisson vitro, ...très bien décorée et spacieuse, style IKEA. Proche du centre commercial (5 min en voiture).
    La voiture est indispensable.
    Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du propriétaire et très sensible à sa délicate attention, une bonne bouteille de vin avait été laissée à notre attention.
    La maison dispose d'une piscine commune mais aucun souci avec les autres occupants.”
