The building was built at the end of the 19th century and renovated in 2008/2009. It combines the splendour of the past with all the comfort of the present. It is located in the impressive medieval village of Badolato, which rises 240 metres above the Gulf of Squillace. The quiet location is perfect for relaxing and only seven minutes by car from the sea.
Depending on your requirements, there are three studios and two two-room apartments available. The apartments provide every comfort and convenience: terrace, kitchen area, spacious bathroom with shower, separate entrance, TV, free use of the washing machines and bicycles. there are parking spaces in front of the house.
For an extra charge, there is the possibility of booking half board. For groups of at least eight people, cooking, painting, yoga, and English courses, and courses on the grape and olive harvest, as well as excursions into the nearby surrounding area can be organised for a fee. At certain times of the year, traditional events of a religious, cultural, artistic and popular nature take place. It is possible to rent a car on site or utilise a transfer service from Lamezia Terme Airport (Sacal) or Crotone (Sant 'Anna).
The holiday homes are just 150 metres from the main piazza of the town and only 200 metres from shopping and dining options such as a small supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, souvenir shop, restaurant and post office. The village of Badolato has 14 churches, which together are arranged to form a cross. Typical Italian alleyways characterise the village. The beach is 7 km away, the mountains 5 km, the lake is 15 km away, and the airport 70 km.
Apartment in Badolato and Great View
A terrace of 12 sqm, equipped with a table and armchairs, is available for exclusive use by the holiday guests. From here, you have a great view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
The 30 sqm studio is located on the second storey and is the only holiday apartment on this floor. It is furnished with a double bed of 180 x 200 cm, two bedside tables with a reading lamp each, a cupboard, two armchairs, a table with chairs, and a kitchen area. The kitchen area is small but functional; it consists of two hotplates, a sink, a small electric stove and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Another bed for a child can be provided upon request for a fee (see additional costs: over-occupancy for the price). No costs will be charged for children of up to 12 years of age, except for the fee for the extra bed.
